If the item you ordered arrives damaged or defective, you can return it if you notify us via email within 5 calendar days of receipt of the item. Please Email Us for an RMA number (Return Authorization) which is required for your return.
If you ordered an incorrect item and wish to exchange it for a similar item, you must pay the shipping cost to return the incorrect item and the shipping cost to receive the replacement item plus a $5 administrative fee. Please be careful when ordering to choose the correct item!
Shipping charges are not refundable and Seattle Discount does not pay shipping costs for returns.
Returned items must be never used or mounted, and be in the original packaging with all parts, accessories, manuals, blank coupons and/or warranty cards.
Software, in any format, is not returnable.
Please allow up to 7-days after your return is received for us to replace the item or refund your credit card.
RETURNS WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER
If you return an item without an RMA number (Return Authorization), no refund or replacement will be issued. If you have not provided Seattle Discount with proof of delivery of the returned item in the form of a tracking number or delivery confirmation number, then no refund or replacement can be issued.
